Today we took our little man to the Dallas Arboretum. We really enjoy the Arboretum and it holds a special place in our hearts because this is where Joseph took me the day he proposed. It was on our way home from Austin after being there for a friend's wedding and he surprised me with a detour to the Arboretum. Then we went to his parents house for dinner and that's where he popped the infamous question. Anyways, that's ancient history. Now we're bringing Jonathan to our little piece of heaven. He was fascinated by the pumpkins and couldn't figure out what to do with them. It was fun to see him experience something new. He also loved the fish pond. He'd kick his little legs as soon as he saw the water. I think he thought we were about to go swimming but once he saw the fish, he was mesmerized!
The pumpkin on the left of him is called a Big Mac. I felt it was appropriate!
